What we do

We enable you to create a quality home that you love, which has a positive impact on the environment and your health, while providing opportunities for learning and acquiring new skills.

How we do it

We make things as simple as possible by doing the hard work for you, giving you the opportunity to get involved in the fun stuff. You can choose how involved you would like to be; whether it’s planning, design or even getting your hands dirty on the build with us.

Why we do it

We want to change the way houses are built and perform, so that they are healthier and have a lighter footprint on the earth. We want people and communities to be involved in the process and to provide more affordable routes to high quality places to live.

Who we are

A Bristol-based socially oriented organisation, supplying modular homes built using modern methods of construction, aimed at minimising their environmental impact. Our background embraces people led development creating community focussed, sustainable housing projects.
